Structure

In lieu of bureaucracy, the reformed council now has a clear and centralized leadership, and individual departments focused on their individual projects.

Recruitment has also expanded to focus solely on merit, and has successfully integrated all years into various positions to ensure representation and ensure smooth future transition.

The new council's leadership team will meet every two weeks, whilst departments will meet when needed at the discretion of respective department heads.

Members can be promoted and demoted within departments by their department heads, though the leadership council will have succession based on shadow council.

Each of the nine voting members in the leadership council may cast a vote regarding any legislation, with the chairperson able to cast a veto, though this may be overturned with a super majority.

The structure diagram on the right shows the overview of the structure. All departments have their photos in the members section, excluding the evaluative branch, which contains a representative group of members in other departments.
